Once hired, confirm the placement in AYL. This updates the candidate's employment record and trust score — strengthening their long-term employability profile.
AYL is not a job board. It is employability infrastructure — a sovereign, AI-powered system that maps Ghana's entire youth workforce and connects it to employer demand in real time.
Every AYL member has a transparent, continuously updated employability score across six dimensions.
Formal education level, vocational qualifications, TVET certificates, professional certifications, and ongoing training.
Verified practical skills, years of experience in occupation, employer references, and demonstrated competency records.
Character vouches from employers, community leaders, and professional contacts — the human layer of verification.
Consistent and positive engagement with the AYL platform, coach sessions completed, and profile updates.
Verified employment record — confirmed placements, tenure, employer satisfaction ratings, and career progression.
Professional network strength, referrals made, and quality of connections within the AYL ecosystem.
Every AYL member registered via web undergoes full biometric capture: GPS location · Device fingerprint · Selfie photograph · Voice print (3-sample acoustic signature) · OTP phone verification · Device hash. These security anchors bind every profile to a real, verified human being.
With explicit member consent, AYL employment and trust data contributes directly to the UBL Africa Trust Score. A strong AYL profile of 6+ months employment history is equivalent to the Behavioural History and Obligation Payment dimensions in UBL scoring — accelerating banking graduation.
AYL's AI coach is powered by Claude — Anthropic's frontier language model. It has been fine-tuned on Ghana's 22-sector occupational framework, NVTI certification requirements, employer expectation data, and Ghanaian labour market dynamics. It speaks the language of Ghanaian employment.
All AYL member data is stored on the SILA (Sovereign Infrastructure Layer) — AWS af-south-1, Cape Town. Fully compliant with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843). Member consent is recorded and irrevocable. No data leaves Africa without explicit consent.
