3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. Your data is used for: employability score calculation · AI coaching and CV generation · Employer matching (anonymised first, identified only with your consent) · SMS notifications · AML/CFT compliance · Fraud prevention · Regulatory reporting · Voluntary consent-based bridge to UBL Africa trust scoring.

4. Data Sharing

Employer partners (anonymised profile until you apply) · UBL Africa (with explicit consent, for banking bridge) · Training institutions (certification verification) · Regulatory bodies (as required by Ghanaian law) · Law enforcement (upon valid court order — including GPS, device, voice print, and session data for fraud investigation and recovery).

5. Your Rights Under Act 843

  • Access all data held about you — response within 21 days
  • Request correction of inaccurate data — updated within 14 days
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Request deletion (subject to 7-year AML retention under Act 1044)
  • Receive data in portable format (JSON or CSV)

The terms governing your use of AYL Africa platform services, operated by Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd., Accra, Ghana.

1. Parties & Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd. ("AYL Africa"). By registering on the platform you confirm you are at least 16 years of age (or 14 with guardian consent for educational use), have legal capacity to contract under Ghanaian law, and irrevocably accept these terms.

2. Nature of Services

AYL Africa provides employability infrastructure — AI-powered career coaching, skills profiling, employer matching, and CV generation. AYL is not an employment agency and does not guarantee job placement. AYL is a platform that facilitates connections between verified talent and employers.

3. Member Number & Security Anchors

Upon registration you receive a permanent AYL Member Number (AYL-XXXXX) communicated by SMS. Security anchors recorded at registration: GPS coordinates · Device fingerprint · Selfie photograph · Voice print (3-sample acoustic signature) · IP address · OTP verification. These may be disclosed to law enforcement upon valid court order for fraud investigation and identity recovery purposes.

4. Professional Vouching — Legal Responsibility

Authority: Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29), Sections 131–133

Vouchers make a legally significant declaration of the candidate's character and professional ability. False or misleading vouches constitute fraud under Act 29 and may result in criminal liability. Voucher details may be shared with employers and regulatory authorities in cases of misconduct or fraud.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using AYL agree to: treat candidates fairly and without discrimination · not use AYL candidate data for any purpose other than hiring decisions · not share AYL candidate profiles with third parties without consent · comply with the Labour Act 2003 (Act 651) in all hiring practices · pay agreed wages and provide safe working conditions.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false information during registration
  • Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person
  • Using the platform to conduct scams, fraudulent job offers, or human trafficking
  • Circumventing the AI matching algorithm
  • Sharing candidate personal data obtained through AYL without consent

7. Government Access

AYL platform data — including member profiles, employment records, location data, and biometric anchors — may be accessed by the Ghana Labour Department, Youth Employment Agency, Data Protection Commission, Ghana Police Service, and EOCO upon receipt of a valid court order, lawful direction, or regulatory requirement.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
