Skills & Behaviour Graph
A longitudinal graph of your skills, behaviours and experiences from training providers, employers, assessments and system interactions. Append-only — nothing can be deleted, only added.
LAYER 3
Employability Scoring
Four indices (Reliability, Soft Skills, Technical, Stability & Growth) combine into a composite 0–100 Employability Score. Role-fit profiles generated automatically. Security sub-score for public service.
LAYER 4
Matching & Recruitment
Employers define role requirements. AYL filters, ranks and generates shortlists. Standard recruitment and security state machine with batch invitations to eliminate crowding.
LAYER 5
Channels & Partnerships
Scale through TVETs, apprenticeship networks, faith communities, telcos and government programmes. Opportunity-side: private employers, public agencies, gig platforms and social enterprises.

Analytics, Governance & Ethics
Structured data warehouse, tailored dashboards for youth, employers, DFIs and government. Data protection aligned to Ghana's laws. Bias detection. Immutable audit logs. Full appeals process.

Optionally link your Ghana Card for Level 1 verification. Have a TVET, employer or partner attest your identity for Level 2. Higher verification unlocks more features and a stronger score signal.

Every training course completed, every gig finished, every positive supervisor rating, every job held — all recorded automatically by AYL partners. Your Employability Score updates in real time.

Get Matched
Employers post roles on AYL. The matching engine reviews your score and profile against their requirements. You receive opportunities directly to your phone — no CV, no covering letter required.
