Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or registering on the AYL platform, you accept these Terms. If accessing on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution. These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law.

2. Platform Use

The AYL platform is available to individual youth registrants free of charge. Employer and institutional API access requires a signed API Licence Agreement. Unauthorised data access, reverse engineering or resale of AYL data is prohibited.

3. Employability Score

Your Employability Score is generated from verified behavioural data supplied by AYL partners. AYL does not guarantee any specific employment outcome. Scores are informational — all hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employing institution.

4. Youth Data Rights

You own your AYL profile data. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time. Deletion requests will be processed subject to statutory retention obligations and pending employer consent requirements.

5. Employer Obligations

Employers accessing AYL data via API must hold a valid API Licence, use data only for legitimate recruitment purposes, and comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012. Misuse will result in immediate access termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The AYL platform, scoring methodology, API and all documentation are owned by Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd. No IP licence is granted except as stated in a signed agreement.
